Many, many thanks to my wonderful clients! Thank you for
continuing to support me by trusting me with your precious
“fur kids”. For many owners, dropping off your pet for grooming
is an uneasy and uncomfortable experience. Let’s face it; they
are not like kids where they can tell you to pick them up if they
had a fun or a bad day. For many of our pals, the first time may
be scary and perhaps the anxiety of being separated from you
leaves them with uncontrollable shakes. However, they still
manage to give you that unconditional love when you pick
them up. So many dogs come to appreciate, and even love,
the grooming process (especially those pets that come in
every week or two). But for some (typically the ones that
require less maintenance in the grooming department) it
takes a longer time for them to get accustomed to the
grooming process. With time and patience, I will earn the
trust of you and your pet. Since I groom at a large, very busy
boarding and dog daycare care facility I get to see so many of
my “pets" while they are here. I recognize them and call them
by name and I feel very special when they get excited to see

me because I know they recognize me too. For some that are regular boarders , like “Ping and Pong” (two beautiful , full coated
Bichons) they always finish their boarding stay with a bath and a full groom, they get so excited, not only to see me , but because
they know that as soon as I’m finished with them , Dad and Mom will be here to pick them up! Thank you for referrals to your friends
and even strangers. I feel so proud when a new client comes and says, “Someone at the park gave me your name.” or “You groom
my neighbor’s dogs.” now they are giving me the opportunity to take care of their “fur kid.” Thank you for continued support, love,
care, and concern. Your expectations keep me on my toes and I plan to continue to “raise the bar” with quality care an excellent
grooming!
